Accidentally I killed my grass when I used weed killer. I was so stressed out to see my yard! It was a nightmare time..I found Lawn Doctor on google map and I reached out to get help! I made great decision! Only in 8 months, My grass are less weeds, beautiful green! I also love theirs aeration and seeds service! I don’t want to do DIY on my yard anymore except cutting grass. I trust this wonderful company and I just renewed this year’s service! Each technician did a great job and they didn’t miss any spot! I had a trust issue with Previous lawn care provider! They didn’t do great job (Pretended to work, miss spot), but Lawn Doctor do best care and Thank you so much for wonderful service! ~ MAYUMI B

Decided to blow up my crabgrass and weed factory of a lawn so I sprayed it with weed killer, and just like that my lawn was brown and dead. I then called Lawn Dr in Annapolis and they came out, did a chemical and physical evaluation of my lawn and came up with a plan. I decided to add aeration and seeding. The guys came out and using their motorized equipment they did a great job of fully treating my yard. I faithfully watered for 2-3 weeks and now have a beautiful yard of green fescue. I am hopeful that the grass grows throught next summer and through any periods of drought. So far very happy with LAWN DR! ~ irish T

We are brand new to Lawn Doctor as af this year. We switched because of multiple issues with our previous provider. While it is still early to give a full review, I can say that I am exceedingly pleased with a few things. First, when I try to reach them, I get a real human being on the phone quickly and on the first try! Because of unique issues with our lawn, we don't neatly fit into categories so I need to dialog with someone, not a chatbot. This has already been so helpful. Second, when they notify me by text about upcoming scheduled service, they have been very flexible in allowing me to reschedule. Third, they don't seem to take shortcuts on lawn applications. Our lawn is very irregularly shaped and much of it along the border is under a canopy of large trees at the edge of woods. They are thorough with coverage. So far, our historically problematic lawn has never looked better. After a full year with this company, I'll revisit this review. ~ Mary C

Brendan noticed some changes at my property and went out of his way to contact me to clarify my required services. He called and when I wasn’t able to pick up at that time, he texted as a follow up. He also responded very promptly to my follow up texts. I really appreciate his communication and diligence in reaching me to make sure my services were correct. He’s also always very diligent about making sure gates are closed when he finishes and putting a service notification sign up to keep our pets safe. His customer service is top notch! ~ Heather K

We have been with Lawn Doctor for several years. Our lawn had grown patchy, weedy, and the pH was a mess. It took two seasons to rehab but now we have a healthy lawn. The biggest draw for us is the use of Bay friendly products the value in the cost. Everyone we have spoken to have been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are flexible with their schedule when you need to change the date of service. I recommend this business to anyone that needs to improve or maintain a healthy yard. ~ J.M. B

Julian Moore was very professional and informative. He spoke to me about my lawn and took me from wanting to “stop the service” to “ I want to continue service”. He explained why the weeds were present and how I can help control them. He went around my back yard with me and explained why weeds were present. He was very respectful and took time (25 minutes or so) from his busy day. I was appreciative of the information he shared with me. You should be proud of his service. My husband and I signed up for Lawn Dr. services this spring and could not be more happy with the results we have seen over the course of this season. They have great customer service in the office and the technicians have been amazing. This summer was brutal for our lawn but we decided to go with the Core Aeration and Power Seeding this fall to repair some of the damages and thin areas and the results were incredible. Zach does an excellent job when hes here. Im quite impressed by his attention to detail and planning as he calls ahead or leaves messages prior to arrival, sometimes the day before to ensure we leave the rear gate is open. Hes very knowledgeable and always patient listening to questions to give me the best advice. I have been using them for many, many years. I love that they offer discount incentives for services and annual contracts, plus they are extremely responsive. Most important, they put down what is needed at the correct time without your having to remember. Any isolated issues with how my lawn is doing has been dealt with immediately and with positive outcomes. Technician Winston Mobuary is consistently professional when it comes to application of the various chemicals for lawn care and maintenance of my yard. I greatly appreciate him leaving the property as he found it (gate closed with no addition spread on the driveway and sidewalk) this has prevented any accidental exposure to the children playing throughout the neighborhood. We had an issue with our lawn from too much watering the previous season. We called Lawn Doctor and they were super responsive. The owner came out, did soil tests and even had a local expert investigate. Our lawn has come a long way thanks to these guys! You can tell they care and they seem much more reasonably priced that others in that do similar work. I have tried other companies but this company surely exceeds expectations. The technicians that arrive to perform services are very professional, does great job. They even come back to retreat (for free) if weeds grow back up after initial treatment. Even now in this high heat our lawn looks comparably greener, and we never had any problems with kids or pets getting sick. So I trust the products they use. I am extremely happy with Lawn Doctor, Annoplis, MD. I have been with this company for nearly three years and would not change anything. I have an outstanding Techican, Mr. Winston Mobuary who is always professional, respectful and responsive to any inquiries I might have. My lawn is awesome because of his interest in his work. I was at one time , was over mowing the lawn and the blade wasn't at the correct height. It just so happened I was home one day and Mr. Mobuary took the time to show me, a new home owner , the correct height for the blade on the mower. Every since that day, I proudly mow the lawn and see the results as that of a golf course. I recently had a concern about some crazy grass growing, and when I reached out to the company, the responsiveness was almost immediately. I learned about crab grass that day. I was cleaning up around the maple tree in the front yard when Zach pulled up in his truck. He introduced himself and we discussed a strange four foot circle that appeared in the front yard. It turns out that it is some kind of bug or something. Please talk to your service guy. Lawn Doctor of Annapolis saved my lawn, which was invaded by invasive weeds that were trying to take over the lawn. Once properly treated, we now have a beautiful healthy lawn. The technician was highly facused, expedient and was very conscientious about ensuring he treated every inch of my yard. Where his riding vehicle could not safely navigate around obstacles, he dismounted and sprayed by hand. I am Extremely pleased with the results of the applications as well. Several positive differences with Lawn Dr., Edgewater. Personal attention and review of our lawn wishes/needs. Very quick turn around. Told me that my plan to add an additional seeding was not necessary because if the seeding they provided in the fall was not satisfactory they would make it right in the spring. I have used this company for years and the lawn shows it. It is lush, mostly weed free, and like a carpet. The staff is very professional and if I call with a concern, they respond very quickly. The program is Bay friendly. I will be continuing annual soil testing to reduce products used if not needed. I believe they will work with me on this endeavor. ~ Andrea B
